Executive Team, under the leadership of Vincent Pasko, is responsible
for the overall health and welfare of the Miller Companies and its customers.
It listens to the Miller Customer and builds, organizes and manages the
business to meet the customers needs. Through both short and long term
planning, the Executive Team designs strategies, policies and procedures
to meet the current and future needs of the Miller Customers. Through
the empowerment of Miller Associates to implement and manage the Companies
strategies, the Executive Team is able to bring significant value to the
Company, its Associates, and the Miller Customer. |
